Our 30-minute call is designed to be focused and value-packed. You’ll walk away with greater clarity about your needs and potential solutions. We’ll ask questions to better understand your organization or business, share how we work with clients, and recommend next steps—whether that’s a quote or proposal for your custom engagement.
If you’re ready to enroll in one of our self-paced courses or digital resources, you can register directly through our Academy. However, if you’re unsure which course is right for you, or if you’d like to learn more about customized or group training options, a discovery session is a great place to start.
Meeting Cancellation Policy
At Umemba Health, we value your time and ours. To ensure efficiency and fairness in scheduling, we have implemented the following cancellation policy:
Cancellations & Rescheduling: If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, we kindly ask for at least 24 hours' notice. This allows us to accommodate other clients and manage our time effectively.
No-Show Policy: If you do not attend your scheduled appointment without prior notice, it will be considered a no-show.
Second Appointment Charge: If a no-show occurs, any subsequent discovery session will be subject to a $50 fee before booking.
